Outplacement
Outplacement is a counselling and career transition service whereby terminated employees are assisted through the difficulty of job loss and into a meaningful new position within the shortest possible time.
We counsel clients on how best to handle the dismissal interview and get proceedings moving quickly and smoothly. All candidates receive a copy of our career transition manual titled "The Challenge of Change" plus an accompanying 30 minute video. This package is a comprehensive learning system for proactive job search and is used throughout the candidate counselling and training sessions. Programs are entirely flexible and can be customised to accommodate individual or group outplacement from shop floor to boardroom.
