Recruitment entails sourcing candidates through a combination of strategic advertising, databank search and analysis and networking. Search is used in situations of particular sensitivity or where difficulty in finding the right person is anticipated. Our objective is to create the optimal match between the position benchmarks for the job and the profile of the individual. Each part of the process from defining the position and understanding its environment through to candidate integration are designed to ensure quality candidates fill each position. Outplacement We counsel clients on how best to handle the dismissal interview and get proceedings moving quickly and smoothly. All candidates receive a copy of our career transition manual titled "The Challenge of Change" plus an accompanying 30 minute video. This package is a comprehensive learning system for proactive job search and is used throughout the candidate counselling and training sessions. Programs are entirely flexible and can be customised to accommodate individual or group outplacement from shop floor to boardroom. Contract Employment Progressive businesses are turning to contract staff as a means of obtaining incremental manpower needed for special tasks and projects. We have a large database of skilled individuals and are well placed to provide clients with specialist contract staff including administrative, technical and managerial positions. |
