Hawkins Consulting was established in May 1987, and since that time we have been providing specialist personnel and support services to businesses and government across the full spectrum of Executive Search, Recruitment, Outplacement and Contract Employment.

We deliver Australia-wide coverage from our offices in Melbourne and Brisbane and associated companies in Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. Additionally, as a member of the US-based National Personnel Associates (NPA), we have access to databases containing several thousand candidates nationally and around 150,000 internationally. NPA membership gives us the flexibility of facilities here and abroad as well as the availability of specialist recruitment expertise of 34 companies throughout Australia and New Zealand and a recruiting capability in 12 overseas countries.

In many respects, the total service we can provide exceeds in versatility and quality those companies whose reputations come more as a result of size and whose name may be more recognisable in the market place. More and more the long established "boutique" consultancies such as Hawkins Consulting, who have developed strong networks and industry alliances, are strengthening their position in human resources consulting both here and in overseas markets.
